Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to office and warehouse property transactions, ensuring all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Update and manage the property database, ensuring all office and warehouse listings are accurate, complete, and regularly maintained.
  • Input, review, and verify property information such as building details, availability, pricing, and specifications to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist the operations and brokerage teams by preparing property options, compiling information, and organizing materials needed for client presentations and proposals.
  • Schedule and coordinate ocular visits, meetings, and other related activities with property representatives, brokers, and clients as needed.
  • Track and follow up on pending requests, documentation, and property updates to ensure timely completion of tasks and transactions.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for transaction-related documents, including letters of authorization, confirmations, contracts, and other supporting records.
  • Ensure that all required documents are filed and updated within the designated timelines to maintain compliance with internal documentation standards.
  • Monitor property listings to ensure information remains current and accurate, making updates whenever changes occur.
  • Support internal coordination between teams by providing updated property data, documentation, and status updates on ongoing tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and updates related to listings, documentation status, and operational activities when required.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all administrative tasks and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Educational requirements:
  • Any graduate of Bachelor's degree of any business-related courses

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate transactions or property management is a plus.

  • Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
