- Assist in creating basic design materials for digital, print, and internal use (e.g., social media graphics, posters, banners, presentations).
- Support layout and template-based designs in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Help edit photos, resize assets, and prepare files for publishing or printing.
- Assist in basic video editing, motion graphics, or visual content creation when required.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of creative outputs before submission.
- Assist in preparing content for social media, email campaigns, and internal communications.
- Support content ideation, research, and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Help update, organize, and maintain marketing materials, digital assets, and shared drives.
- Assist in campaign rollouts by coordinating with team members on asset requirements and timelines
- Assist in preparing visual materials for internal and external marketing events.
- Provide on-site support during events, including basic photography assistance and visual documentation.
- Help track creative requests, deadlines, and revisions.
- Perform other marketing-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Participate in creative reviews, marketing meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and apply brand standards, creative processes, and marketing workflows.
- Take part in internal trainings, mentoring sessions, and skills development initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; others are a plus).
- Familiarity with Canva and basic design tools · Interest in marketing, branding, and digital content creation.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Internship, academic, or personal project experience in multimedia design or marketing is an advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
- Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
