Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of business opportunities by identifying and supporting potential leads and prospects.
  • Conduct systematic and regular follow-ups with leads to help generate business and revenue.
  • Support cross-selling of other company services to existing and potential clients.
  • Source potential clients and prospects through direct outreach and research.
  • Manage and support the transactional process, including site viewings, negotiations, coordination with legal teams, preparation of documentation and reports, and attendance at client meetings.
  • Prepare and monitor revenue forecasts, billing, and collections related to transactions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with the goal of generating repeat business.
  • Provide clients with relevant and updated market insights to support their decision-making
  • Prepare financial analyses for landlord clients, including effective rent calculations, cash flow projections, and other analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Conduct competitor scanning and prepare reports on market activities and trends.
  • Perform due diligence on prospective clients to ensure compliance and credibility.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project and transaction requirements.
  • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences, and share insights on market developments and trends.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor or Head of LLR.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration/Management, or any business-related courses

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in the real estate industry. Preferably with sales, marketing, and business development background.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
  • Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
