- Collect data from various sources.
- Monitor and regularly update research databases.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in preparation and generation of market report/presentation for clients, media and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in mentoring team of associates/interns.
- Conduct fieldwork when necessary.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration / Management, Business Economics, Statistics, or any business courses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings.
- Accustomed in analysis (preferably in real estate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
- 1 to 3 years in Real Estate, Banking / Finance or other related experience.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
- Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
